1、负责TikTok本地生活业务相关算法的设计与开发，包括但不限于：数据挖掘、搜索排序、定位、用户画像等方向； 2、深入理解业务场景，挖掘用户需求与行为数据，优化算法模型效果，改善用户体验，提升转化率、留存率等核心指标； 3、解决高并发、实时性场景下的算法挑战，保障系统高性能与稳定性； 4、跟踪学术界与工业界前沿技术，并合理应用于业务场景，助力业务快速增长； 5、协同产品、运营、数据团队，制定技术方案并推动全链路闭环优化。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计或机器学习相关专业优先； 2、有NLP、机器学习、深度学习、数据挖掘等领域经验，对AI专业技术在应用中常见问题及优化有实战经验；有RAG、AI Agent等大模型相关实践经验优先；有扎实的编程能力，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，具备优秀的系统设计能力； 3、具备优秀的数据分析、问题总结以及解决问题能力，对于业务中的挑战性问题充满激情； 4、较好的沟通能力和需求理解能力，能从业务的视角，与PM协同推进项目的高效迭代； 5、具备主动改进系统和业务的能力，具备通过技术创新解决业务问题。
