1、带领团队优化端到端的税务合规流程，在必要时与其他财务团队协作，以降低风险并提升效率； 2、管理税务问询，应对税务机关开展的税务稽查； 3、关注税收法规变化，评估其影响，并在适用时提出应对措施建议； 4、为各业务线提供切实可行的税务分析与解决方案； 5、为各类项目提供税务支持，并定期向管理层汇报项目状态与进展。

1、本科及以上学历，拥有超过5年以上税务管理工作经验，曾任职于会计师事务所/跨国企业，具备科技、媒体、通信等行业经验，且有日本税务相关经验； 2、持有注册税务师或其他行业认可的专业资格； 3、具备扎实的日本税务专业知识，能够针对复杂业务场景进行税务评估，并能向非税务专业人士清晰传达税务技术问题； 4、具备良好的口头与书面沟通能力、较强的问题解决能力，且有良好的团队合作精神； 5、能够在动态变化的环境中高效工作，以及具备成熟的管理能力； 6、日语与英语均流利。
