1、有电商平台整合营销、大促或活动操盘工作经验，有品牌出海经验或熟悉拉美市场优先； 2、熟悉电商营销玩法，具有活动创意策划、数据分析、用户产品推动能力； 3、具备较强的沟通、执行统筹、项目管理能力，学习自驱能力强，能适应快节奏的工作环境； 4、喜欢了解接受新鲜事物，兴趣广泛，对营销热点及用户消费趋势敏感度高； 5、接受长期差旅或外派。
