1、负责嵌入式Linux系统移植、驱动开发、系统裁剪与调优，保障设备稳定运行； 2、完成AI模型在嵌入式设备上的部署、适配与落地，优化推理链路； 3、设计并搭建AI Agent工作流，实现自动化任务编排与智能交互流程； 4、配合团队完成功能调试、问题定位、技术文档编写。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、通信工程等相关专业优先； 2、掌握C/C++、Shell/Python，熟悉嵌入式Linux基础、ARM架构； 3、了解Linux内核、设备树、应用开发，会使用常规调试工具； 4、具备AI落地实践能力，了解主流AI模型、推理框架，有模型部署经验优先； 5、熟悉AI Agent基本概念，有搭建智能工作流、任务编排相关实践经历； 6、学习能力强，沟通良好，愿意深耕嵌入式+AI方向。

加分项 1、有嵌入式AI、边缘计算相关项目/竞赛经验； 2、了解模型量化、轻量化、边缘推理优化； 3、接触过大模型应用、智能代理流程搭建。
