1、负责达成销售目标，拆解并调整销售计划，结合亚太市场变化及时调整策略完成指标，优化销售流程与管理工具，推动业务战略落地； 2、拓展亚太区NaaS标杆关键客户，与CTO、CIO等建立稳固关系，挖掘客户需求、统筹项目全流程，推动落地交付； 3、制定亚太区NaaS行业销售战略，挖掘行业需求，制定区域市场策略并参与产品及方案迭代，传递市场动态； 4、建立并维护亚太区合作伙伴关系（渠道、集成商、服务商等），协同拓展业务，扩大市场覆盖率； 5、以数据化、体系化思路复盘销售流程，发现问题并优化业务模型提出可落地改进方案，规范业务动作。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上IaaS、SaaS、通信、IT系统等产品的通用行业企业级客户销售经验，接触过NaaS、SD-WAN、SASE或企业网络领域为加分项； 2、具备丰富的亚太区客户及伙伴资源，能有效建联潜在客户、推进商业合作； 3、善于与CTO/CIO等级别高管沟通，具备优秀商务谈判能力，英文可作为工作语言，能独立完成标杆项目落地； 4、逻辑清晰，能配合产出并讲解行业方案，具备数据敏感性和行业分析能力； 5、具备快速学习、跨团队协同及项目管理能力，适应出差。
