日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助快消类目商家维度日常运营，支持招商、商家成长、大促、场域等策略的落地执行； 2、协助跟踪商家类专项目标达成进度，整理数据、发现异常，输出分析结论辅助团队决策； 3、参与商家经营数据的拉取、清洗与可视化，沉淀常态化的数据监控看板。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的数据分析能力，逻辑清晰、结构化思维强，善于用数据说话； 3、熟练使用AI及各类Excel、SQL等数据分析工具； 4、责任心强、务实主动，有良好的沟通协作能力，愿意深入一线； 5、有电商平台商品/商家运营相关经验或实习经历者优先，可实习3个月以上。
