1、对接AI业务板块，基于对技术研发群体的深入理解，进行业务文化策略设计，确保与公司文化一致性的同时兼具业务特色，满足业务发展需求； 2、与业务负责人、HRBP负责人对话，通过数据和访谈系统性诊断组织问题，并提供文化侧解决方案； 3、支持业务侧重点文化项目的落地，包括但不限于管理者文化建设、文化更新及落地方案设计、文化与业务管理机制结合的探索等； 4、通过调动中台资源，将公司文化理念和相关管理理念在业务范围内落地，例如建立文化激励机制、沟通协作机制、文化培训研讨、内容传播等，并进行创新和迭代； 5、支持部分公司级文化管理项目的研究与业务侧落地。

1、本科及以上学历，心理学、管理学、社会学、哲学等人文社科类相关专业优先； 2、英文听说能力良好，能作为工作语言者优先； 3、3年及以上组织文化、人力咨询、HRBP、招聘等相关岗位的工作经验者优先； 4、具备出色的组织管理理解，沟通表达、项目管理资源统筹能力； 5、对科技和人文的结合有独到的见解，拥抱变化、追求极致、富有内驱力，了解公司文化者优先。
