日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、根据业务需求参与市场调研，深入了解游戏用户，对同类产品展开资料搜集、分析； 2、参与游戏国际市场营销方案制定并推进执行，如：KOL推广、平台合作、IP联动、线下活动； 3、与团队一起完成游戏公关传播文案撰写与翻译，包括宣传文案、自媒体文案、游戏衍生作品文案； 4、参与公关事件营销创意头脑风暴、内容和素材规划及执行工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，传媒/市场专业或者英/日/韩专业优先； 2、英语可作为工作语言，有第二外语能力如泰语、印尼语或韩语优先； 3、有国际化社媒运营或者KOL运营经验优先； 4、有欧美、日本、韩国、港澳台、东南亚地区营销推广经验优先； 5、有MMORPG、大IP手游等游戏经验（请将游戏经历/成就附在简历上），具备良好的责任心、沟通能力、清晰的思路与较强的执行力； 6、每周出勤4-5日，可连续实习六个月以上。
