1、看护项目底层系统软件交付与集成，主导解决项目各阶段出现的重大疑难底层技术问题，推动问题闭环； 2、负责对项目软硬件重点需求技术可行性分析、评估及风险看护，提前识别潜在技术风险并制定应对策略； 3、牵头管理底层软件项目问题清单，跟踪、推动和验证问题解决，确保不影响项目关键节点； 4、作为项目底层技术接口人，与高通等芯片原厂、关键模组/器件供应商进行深度技术合作，驱动厂商提供及时有效的技术支持与解决方案； 5、对项目量产交付暴露的问题和质量进行分析复盘，主导输出改善措施、推动闭环，持续提升产品交付效能质量。

1、计算机、电子工程、通信等相关专业本科及以上学历，有3年以上Android底层系统开发经验，并完整参与过至少2款项目的量产交付，熟悉项目IPD流程； 2、高通或MTK移动平台，熟悉其芯片架构、开发工具链及调试手段； 3、在系统底层（BSP/HAL 、Linux Kernel、Modem、Wifi/BT、Audio、Display/Camera）至少一个领域有过深厚的开发与调试经验； 4、具备出色的系统性问题分析和解决能力； 5、拥有优秀的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨团队及厂商合作。
