1、参与自研图形引擎的架构设计、开发与性能优化，编写高质量、可维护的C++代码，确保系统稳定性和扩展性； 2、基于Vulkan/OpenGL/Metal等图形API实现高效的渲染管线，开发与维护图形渲染相关模块（如光照、阴影、材质系统等）； 3、解决多平台（PC/移动端）适配中的图形性能瓶颈； 4、探索并集成前沿图形技术（如光线追踪、GPU Driven Rendering、3DGS等）。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机图形学相关专业优先； 2、优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练掌握C++； 3、在图形渲染方向有扎实的基础理论知识，擅长高性能实时渲染优化，针对实时全局光照渲染或者光照估计方面有深入的研究，在行业内顶级期刊（比如Siggraph/HPG）发表过论文者优先； 4、具备出色的专业素养与团队协作能力，能深入剖析并主动解决复杂问题，勇于面对挑战； 5、在XR方面有深入研究者加分。
