1、负责Pangle国际化商业产品的Web前端开发，确保高质量的编码与设计，支撑业务快速迭代； 2、参与前端工程化与平台化建设，包括但不限于组件库、构建工具链、监控体系的开发与维护，提升团队整体研发效率； 3、深入业务，攻坚技术难题，追求极致的用户体验与页面性能，保证系统的高性能、高可靠与高可扩展性； 4、在导师指导下，学习和应用业界领先的前端技术，将理论知识与复杂的业务场景相结合，获得快速成长。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟悉JavaScript/CSS等前端核心技术，至少掌握一种主流前端框架（React/Vue）的使用及基本原理； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、注重代码质量与可维护性，有良好的代码设计能力和编程习惯； 5、具备良好的沟通协作意识和解决问题的能力，对前端技术充满热情，持续关注技术社区的发展趋势。

加分项： 1、熟悉TypeScript，有Node.js项目经验，或对前端工程化（如Webpack、Vite）有实践经验者优先； 2、有复杂前端系统性能优化的实践经验者优先； 3、对数据可视化、B端产品或国际化业务有兴趣者优先。
