日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持商业化国际化广告业务的相关运营工作，与产品、技术、销售等相关合作团队进行跨部门合作，推动关键项目的执行； 2、及时排查并解决用户反馈的问题，发掘产品提升的机会点，定期收集、监控业务指标，通过数据分析挖掘潜在问题和机会； 3、支持其他广告运营相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，管理学、统计、经济学、计算机、经贸、广告、外语专业优先； 2、英语流利，可作为工作语言； 3、学习能力强，热爱广告行业；产品运营/数据分析实习经验优先； 4、结果导向，较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析处理数据； 5、擅长Microsoft PowerPoint画图优先； 6、实习月数：4个月以上，出勤时间：一周5天优先。
