1、参与或计划广告产品的运营，推动新功能的上线发布，提升产品在全球范围内的渗透率及用户粘性； 2、及时排查、分析并解决用户反馈的问题，发掘产品提升的机会点，提升用户满意度； 3、参与运营流程优化，客户互动及行业调研事项，提升内部运营效率； 4、与销售侧合作，了解客户目标、需求及业务难点，形成业务需求，并进一步推动需求实现； 5、与产品、技术、销售等相关合作团队进行跨部门合作，推动关键项目的执行； 6、支持其他广告运营相关工作。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数据分析等理工科专业优先； 2、具备流利地道的英语听说读写能力； 3、良好的自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务； 4、较强的逻辑思维能力，善于分析处理数据； 5、有复杂产品迭代经验优先。

加分项： 1、参与过其他广告行业产品/数据分析实习； 2、熟悉程序化广告机制与主流广告平台（如AdMob等）； 3、对广告行业有较强学习兴趣。
