1、参与Pangle聚合产品核心优化，通过链路、竞价策略、缓存策略等优化，提高产品变现效率； 2、参与调研开发者/广告主需求，跟踪产品（MAX/ironSource/TopOn）迭代情况，对内输出可行建议； 3、核心数据日常监控与分析归因； 4、推进内部交流，协同业务团队、研发团队，保证团队合作的顺畅，不同产品之间的协作等。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、对互联网广告领域感兴趣，善于观察及分析，能够站在变现及用户视角理解、分析、解决问题； 3、逻辑思维能力强，对数据敏感，能够通过数据推理发现问题。

加分项： 1、熟悉程序化广告机制与主流广告平台（如Admob等）； 2、了解海外／国内工具类APP的广告收入增长底层逻辑。
