日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责CapCut达人的招募与日常沟通，建立并维护达人资源库，持续扩充优质创作者规模； 2、跟进达人在CapCut平台的内容产出，策划主题活动与创作任务，引导达人产出符合平台调性的优质模板/教程/作品； 3、监控达人内容的播放、使用、转化等数据，定期输出运营复盘报告，识别高潜达人与内容方向； 4、与产品、设计、市场等团队紧密配合，传达达人需求与反馈，推动产品功能优化和运营策略迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习4天，可连续实习3个月，能尽快到岗者优先； 3、是短视频重度用户，熟悉剪映/抖音等平台内容生态，对视频创作有热情，有较强的内容意识，有剪辑或内容创作经验优先； 4、了解短视频达人生态，能快速识别优质创作者及其内容风格，有达人/KOL运营或社群运营经验优先； 5、具备基础的数据整理与分析能力，熟练使用Excel，能从数据中发现问题并提出优化建议，具备良好的跨团队沟通能力和项目推进能力，做事细致、有责任心，能独立撰写活动文案、达人邀约话术及运营文档。

加分项 1、有MCN机构、短视频平台或内容社区运营实习经历； 2、自身为剪映/抖音等平台的活跃创作者，有一定粉丝基础； 3、熟悉视频剪辑流程，能独立完成简单的视频制作； 4、有活动策划与落地执行的完整项目经验。
