1、制定客观可量化的指标来标定和衡量XR显示光学模组和整机产品的光学特性及功能； 2、负责定义、设计、开发光学测试设备，定义测试流程和方法，并保证方案的落地和执行； 3、和光学团队紧密合作，通过Demo打样和小批量生产，完成设计-制造-测试的开发闭环，保证客观测试结果和产品光学主观体验的统一。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，光学工程、电子工程、光电子、信息技术、物理学、设备开发或相关技术学科优先； 2、精通软硬件和算法的集成适配、整机光学系统验证、光学设备调试校准等； 3、对主流光学仪器熟悉且有使用经验，如工业相机、仿人眼镜头、自准直仪、色度计、光谱仪等； 4、对图像质量分析标准和XR领域光学测试标准有一定的理解； 5、熟练掌握一种及以上的编程语言，如Matlab、Python、C/C#/C++等； 6、具备足够的自驱力、良好的沟通交流能力以及跨团队合作经验，愿意主动探索新技术，跟进业界前沿进展。
