1、配合产品IPD流程的相关节点，开展市场细分、目标人群洞察、场景需求挖掘、产品前后测等全流程的用户研究项目； 2、基于对业务规划和用户的理解主动提出研究课题，把控项目节奏和调研质量，完成用户研究到洞察的转化，将用户研究的基础资料转化为产品改善或创新的建议。

1、本科及以上学历，人类学/社会学/心理学/人机交互等相关专业，5年以上用户研究相关经验； 2、具备独立主导用户研究项目的经验，有定性/定量研究的背景，具备AI产品用户研究经验者优先； 3、具备交互设计、UI/UX设计、产品相关工作经验者优先，有硬件领域工作经验者优先； 4、英文水平可流利沟通、能独立完成英文用户访谈； 5、具备优秀的逻辑思维能力、文字表达能力、敏锐的消费者洞察共情能力。
