日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、开发者活动运营：参与开发者黑客松、开发者大赛等线上/线下活动的策划与执行，负责对接内部确保活动宣传、报名与邀约、线上比赛线下活动等全流程顺利执行； 2、新产品冷启动：参与开发者项新产品上线前期的冷启动准备与落地执行，包括种子开发者沟通跟进、启动方案落地执行、新产品上线宣传等工作； 3、日常运营支持：整理开发者运营相关数据，输出周报/月报与活动复盘；参与开发者社区内容、案例包装等运营物料产出；协助处理开发者入驻、签约及日常答疑和关系维护，配合团队完成跨部门沟通、流程跟进及其他运营相关工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关技术背景优先； 2、可稳定实习3个月以上，每周至少到岗4天；对XR/VR、游戏或开发者生态有浓厚兴趣，了解开发者社区或有相关实习/项目经验者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通协调能力、执行力和自驱力，细心负责，能同时推进多项任务； 4、文字功底较好，能独立完成活动文案、社群内容等写作； 5、热爱VibeCoding，自己动手尝试过（如用AI工具搭建过小应用/小项目）者或相关开发经验优先； 6、英语读写能力较好，能独立对接国际化开发者。
