1、制定客观可量化的指标来标定和衡量XR显示光学模组（屏幕，光学镜片，光波导，相机，眼球追踪系统等）和整机产品的光学特性及功能； 2、负责定义、设计、开发光学测试设备，定义测试流程和方法，并保证方案的落地和执行（光学仪器的选型和校准，硬件系统的设计、集成和验证，图像算法开发和精度验证等）； 3、和光学团队（设计，制造，模组）紧密合作，通过Demo打样和小批量生产，完成设计-制造-测试的开发闭环，快速迭代技术方案； 4、和显示光学系统架构团队及人因工程团队一起，设计软硬件方案，实现整机产品显示效果层面的优化、校准、补偿、调节等，并完成主观体验和客观测试结果的统一。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，光学、电子工程、光电子、信息技术、物理、设备开发或相关理工科专业优先； 2、良好的沟通交流能力，有和跨职能团队（如光学设计，工艺制造，模组集成）合作的丰富经验； 3、熟悉主流的光学仪器（如工业相机，仿人眼镜头，自准直仪，色度计，光谱仪等），并有使用经验； 4、精通软件、硬件、和算法的集成和适配，整机光学系统验证、光学设备调试校准等等； 5、对图像质量分析标准（如MTF，Distortion等）和XR领域光学测试标准有一定的理解；熟练掌握一种及以上的编程语言，例如MATLAB，Python，C/C#/C++等等； 6、有足够的内驱力，愿意主动探索技术方向，跟进业界最前沿的技术进展。
