1、参与智能感知与信息理解、多源信息融合、内容理解、知识组织、智能交互及内容分析、检索、推荐等相关算法研发与技术建设，提升复杂场景下的信息获取、分析与理解能力及用户体验； 2、探索新型人工智能技术在智能设备和交互场景中的应用，推动算法原型验证和产品落地； 3、与产品、工程及其他算法团队协作，持续优化算法效果、系统性能和工程效率； 4、参与数据建设与评测工作，包括数据采集、标注、指标设计、效果分析及问题复盘，推动算法持续迭代。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、自动化、电子信息、软件工程等相关专业； 2、在计算机视觉、语音处理、自然语言处理、多模态学习、大模型、智能交互或算法工程化等一个或多个方向具备项目经验； 3、具备良好的学习能力、问题分析能力和技术迁移能力，能够快速理解并解决复杂问题； 4、具备较强的工程实践能力，有算法开发、原型验证、数据建设、系统优化或产品落地经验者优先； 5、对人工智能、智能硬件及人机交互方向有兴趣，愿意持续探索新技术和新应用； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和自驱力，能够主动拆解问题、推进工作并形成结果闭环。
