团队介绍：国际化销售运营管理平台团队成立于2022年1月，作为国际商业化产品与技术组织的一部分，整合了之前全球CRM（又名3M平台）团队的几个子支柱。我们的团队旨在赋能全球业务解决方案（GBS）团队，通过3M平台和生态系统中的工具和解决方案，通过高效的销售流程和可信的数据洞察，推动业务增长。

日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责国际化商业化Post-click相关产品，围绕广告点击后的落地页承接、浏览体验、转化路径及归因链路，协助完成产品方案设计与落地； 2、通过数据分析、市场调研、用户反馈等方式，挖掘各场景下影响转化效率和用户体验的关键问题，推动产品能力持续迭代； 3、对实验和日常数据进行分析和跟踪，定义关键指标，搭建并完善分析框架和数据看板，提高产品表现和渗透率； 4、对接行业业务方，深入了解不同行业广告主的转化诉求和落地页特征，协助设计并落地可规模化的行业解决方案； 5、协助团队与技术、运营、数据、设计等全球合作团队进行协同，跟进并推动复杂项目进度。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备良好的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，能够对复杂问题进行总结、拆解和分析解决； 3、具备较强的数据敏感度，有良好的结构化思考能力和项目推动能力，自驱力强、责任心强； 4、具备一定C端意识，对用户体验有判断力，对技术画像、归因链路等方向有理解或强学习意愿者优先；有产品相关实习经历或商业化经验优先，熟悉国际化产品交互、广告转化链路、数据归因系统浏览器者优先；能够保证6个月及以上的实习时间优先，线下工作者优先； 5、英语流畅，可作为工作语言。
