团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

1、基于抖音、今日头条等产品的个性化推荐需求，识别AI在Push内容质量把控场景下的提效机会点，负责技术方案开发、模型效果评测、抽样验收、数据复盘、持续优化性能，量化AI带来的收益； 2、负责多模态大模型在短视频/图文/直播等场景的落地优化，基于图像、音频、文本、视频时序多维度能力，定位场景适配能力边界，推进内容质量管控业务AI智能化提效； 3、深入Push业务全流程，运用模型和数据分析能力，结合阈值调优、场景分层、规则联动、样本回流等业务策略进行问题诊断，提高内容流转效率和处置质量； 4、基于业务洞察，与运营、产品、推荐等团队构建高效协作机制，输出迭代需求与高质量样本，沉淀方法论，探索供给链路优化及收益突破。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、有模型运维、AI策略、视频多模态模型落地等实习经验优先，掌握SQL、Python能力，深入理解AI Agent原理，能够独立设计并优化Prompt策略形成工作流，有机审治理或内容质量把控提效相关实操经验优先； 3、对内容质量把控场景的指标逻辑有一定了解，擅长案例分析、数据统计、问题聚类归因，逻辑清晰，能独立输出评测结论与优化策略； 4、积极性强，具有自主学习和独立解决问题的能力，良好协作意识和沟通能力，能推动模型工具与业务深度融合； 5、短视频平台用户，有一定网感和内容理解能力，对互联网内容安全和质量有基础认知。
