日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、3D角色及怪物动作设计：根据项目美术风格，负责游戏内角色、怪物、武器等动作的设计与制作，包括但不限于战斗、技能、休闲、展示动画等多类型动作，保证动作自然流畅、富有表现力； 2、引擎内动画实现：熟练运用Unity动画系统，与策划、程序协作联调，实现高品质动作打击感与角色手感。

1、本科及以上学历在读，动画或美术相关专业优先，动画或美术相关专业背景优先； 2、熟悉Maya/MotionBuilder等主流动画工具，具备独立完成角色骨骼绑定与动画制作的能力； 3、熟悉Unity动画系统，包括Animator、Timeline、动画状态机等模块，具备动画资源整理、导入、管理和引擎内联调经验，能高效实现动作逻辑与打击手感； 4、理解动画原理，对动作规律、Pose造型、节奏、重量感有敏锐把控，能设计出富有表现力的动作。
