1、参与英雄管线建设，结合英雄美术概念，将预设的英雄方案中的技能机制、角色表现细节完整的落地到游戏内； 2、参与英雄技能模块的体验设计，保证可玩性的同时深度参与美术、开发间的联调，从技能手感、表现等方面把控角色技能品质，达到市面标杆水准； 3、探索角色高品质的个性化表现，并系统性应用到所有英雄上，追求极致的个性表现力； 4、从全局视角参与游戏机制、能力规划，深度参与地图/玩法/怪物/成长模块设计，确保构筑乐趣及体验可持续迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对市面主流英雄射击游戏技能机制设计有深入理解，对PVE射击游戏有深入体验及理解优先，怀揣做高品质游戏理想，热爱创造角色，能敏锐的挖掘角色细节表现，对3A射击/动作游戏有广泛体验及见解； 3、善于沟通，并且对待工作有责任心，关注细节，对负责方向有高标准要求； 4、有独立在UE4/5制作过英雄机制组Demo的经验； 5、熟练使用UE引擎及相关工具； 6、有深度的游戏分析及研究经验。
