1、参与射击战斗相关的战斗能力设计、动作调优以及品质迭代优化； 2、参与角色基础移动、镜头、射击、受击反馈等核心战斗体验的细节调优； 3、通过数据分析和玩家反馈，持续改进战斗系统的可玩性； 4、配合程序、美术团队落地设计需求，跟进所有动作/武器/载具资源实现并验证效果达成预期目标。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、怀揣做高品质游戏理想，对游戏行业有强烈热情及成就动机，同时有良好的自驱力及责任心，良好的沟通能力和逻辑性、协作能力，游戏经验丰富，对市面主流射击游戏有深入研究，熟悉其核心机制与设计差异，至少1-2款PC射击游戏有深度体验。

有以下经验加分： 1、有动手能力制作游戏Demo原型； 2、有深度的游戏分析及研究经验； 3、熟练使用UE引擎及相关美术工具； 4、对科幻、军事方向有兴趣及积累； 5、有深度枪械及3C体验分析或实现经历。
