日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：剪映数据与智能团队旨在通过 AI 技术赋能剪映系产品，构建强大的算法能力壁垒。作为剪映系内的算法团队，负责推动整个业务在算法上的迭代与创新，为剪映、CapCut、即梦dreamina、Pippit、醒图等产品提供智能化支持。

1、负责视频创作Agent场景下的RL算法研发与优化（包括但不限于PPO，GRPO等），提升Agent的规划与创作能力； 2、探索高质量Agent训练数据的合成、自动化清洗与标注策略，通过数据飞轮驱动模型效果提升； 3、深入参与Reward Model的优化工作，设计合理的奖励函数，迭代模型性能； 4、深入参与模型后训练工作，涵盖SFT、RL等关键环节，解决实际业务中的性能瓶颈与效果问题； 5、持续跟踪LLM/RL/Agent领域的最新技术动态，并将其应用于实际业务场景中，推动技术落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、拥有扎实的计算机视觉、人工智能、大模型等方面的基础知识，在LLM、RL、Agent等一个多或多个领域有深入研究，在ICML/ICLR/NeurIPS/ACL/EMNLP等顶会发表论文者优先； 3、出色的问题分析和解决能力，有自主探索解决方案的能力； 4、具有良好的沟通协作能力，工作积极主动，能够与团队融洽合作，一起探索新技术并快速试验想法，推进技术进步； 5、每周出勤至少4天，可实习4个月以上。
