1、参与基于DiT/Diffusion的视频生成模型研发与后训练优化，协助提升画质、美感、运动、一致性和指令响应等效果； 2、参与生成模型RL后训练框架、多模态Reward Model/Verifier的设计、训练与迭代，探索RLHF、ReFL、GRPO、DPO等方法在图像/视频生成中的应用； 3、参与后训练相关的数据构建、模型评测、训练加速、推理优化、蒸馏压缩等工作，并支持相关能力在业务场景中的落地。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、电子信息、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、在计算机视觉/多模态方向具备一定研究或实践基础，熟悉以下一个或多个方向者优先：生成模型后训练、Reward Model/Verifier、多模态评测、Agentic RL、大规模训练优化等； 3、具备良好的编程基础和工程能力，熟练使用Python/PyTorch，有相关项目或科研实践经验者优先； 4、对生成式AI技术前沿与业务落地有热情，自驱力强，具备良好的学习能力、分析解决问题能力和协作能力； 5、在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV/NeurIPS/ICLR/ICML等顶会发表论文者优先，有ACM/ICPC、数学建模、编程竞赛等经历者加分。
