1、参与全球RTC网络系统的架构设计与优化，打造高可用、低时延的分布式实时通信网络； 2、参与网络传输算法和性能优化，持续提升用户体验。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、通信或相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握Golang、Rust或C/C++中的至少一种编程语言；熟悉高性能网络编程，了解多线程/协程并发模型； 3、有音视频或WebRTC相关项目经验者优先； 4、具备扎实的计算机科学基础，深入理解操作系统原理、数据结构与算法；精通计算机网络（TCP/IP、UDP协议栈），了解常见网络拥塞控制机制。
