1、负责对话式AI、抖音连麦、社交IM通话、云游戏等RTC场景下的视频引擎的工程研发、算法实现及性能优化； 2、负责对话式AI、抖音连麦、社交IM通话、云游戏等RTC场景下的视频引擎的架构演进、先进技术研究； 3、负责对话式AI、抖音连麦、社交IM通话、云游戏等RTC场景下的视频体验优化。

1、获得2027届本科及以上学历，计算机科学相关专业优先； 2、掌握常见视频编解码标准（H.264/H.265/H.266等），能够进行各平台硬件编码器（比如VideoToolBox、MediaCodec、OH_AVCodec、NvEnc等）的适配调优； 3、熟悉常见流媒体传输协议，如RTP/RTCP、RTMP等； 4、熟悉流媒体视频传输的各式弱网对抗算法，含动态升降级、带宽估计及冗余策略、多人适配； 5、有性能优化经验，熟悉CPU/GPU性能分析工具，能定位并解决性能瓶颈； 6、有OpenGL和视频采集渲染经验者优先。
