1、负责次时代游戏场景、道具SD智能材质的研发、制作与迭代，输出标准、高品质材质资源； 2、搭建并优化SD材质库及通用材质流程，提升团队制作效率，统一项目美术质感； 3、对接原画、模型、地编、技术等团队，配合项目需求，解决材质制作及落地效果问题； 4、负责材质资源审核、整改，以及外包材质的反馈与验收，把控材质整体质量； 5、跟进次时代材质新技术，优化材质效果，适配项目写实及风格化制作需求。

1、2-5年游戏次世代材质制作工作经验，具备优秀的美术审美与质感把控能力； 2、精通SD智能材质制作，熟练掌握写实、风格化材质技法，熟悉建筑、道具、自然环境材质和模型的制作逻辑； 3、熟练使用SD、SP、3DMax/Maya、ZBrush等软件，熟悉PBR模型材质制作流程； 4、可独立搭建材质库、优化材质流程，熟悉游戏引擎材质落地规范； 5、具备良好的沟通协作与问题排查能力，学习意愿强，可跟进新技术迭代； 6、有AI材质制作经验、熟悉AI美术流程或次时代游戏项目经验者优先。
