日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度挖掘业务痛点，梳理真实和有效的分析需求，跟进产品原型和方案设计，撰写高质量的产品需求文档（PRD），并推动项目开发实施和上线的完整流程； 2、负责业务数据看板的全链路交付，从指标体系梳理，到数据分析看板的搭建，数据验证，推动看板上线并不断迭代升级； 3、协助平台日常运营推广，包括但不限于制作双语宣传推广材料、组织功能使用培训，并建立基于用户反馈的持续产品迭代机制。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、过往在电商业务、BI分析工具领域有实习经验者优先，有基础的数据分析、数据整理能力，能使用SQL、Python、Tableau、Excel优先； 3、逻辑性强，善于拆解问题，较熟练使用Figma、Axure或其他原型工具，责任心强，善于沟通协作，同时具备较强自驱力，细致耐心； 4、实习6个月及以上优先，英语熟练，可作为工作语言者优先。
