1、负责区域市场用户增长（拉新、促活、复购），基于市场洞察与数据分析开展策略设计与落地； 2、结合用户生命周期特征，制定差异化运营策略或产品方案，涉及补贴、投放、玩法工具等手段； 3、基于市场研究与数据分析，制定补贴和投放标准，推动运营及经营效率提升； 4、深化对全球市场的理解，与供给、产品、算法等团队紧密合作，推动方案与产品落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、具备较高的数据逻辑和数据敏感性，熟练使用SQL、Excel，掌握分析工具如R，Python，SAS等加分； 3、对用户购买决策路径有良好的敏感度，有结合数据和用户洞察、制定增长策略或产品的具体实践案例者优先； 4、英文可作为工作语言、有国际化留学经验加分； 5、责任心强、可跨部门沟通和处理问题；快速适应变化。
