1、协助设计和开发飞书相关产品，以及To B、To C商业化产品能力建设； 2、具备全栈意识和能力，构建AI时代的研发工程，探索与实践AI驱动的研发工作范式； 3、设计优秀的软件架构，能够借助AI快速落地能力，做好AI效率和长期可维护性的平衡。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、对前端HTML、CSS、JS有基础的掌握，能够设计架构合理、性能优越的前端软件； 3、具备扎实的计算机基础和软件设计能力，能够在前端、后端等多方向有实践； 4、对大模型、主流的Coding Agent有原理性理解，深度用户优先； 5、有良好的产品意识，认真负责，具备优秀的沟通与表达能力。
