加入我们，你将参与重塑 Human-AI 交互的终极形态，致力于构建具备长程记忆、复杂逻辑推理并能持续进化的交互对话智能系统 (Interactive Intelligence)。你将直接面对 AGI 时代的前沿硬核挑战，推动核心技术在情感陪伴、个性化教育、高阶私人助理及开放世界生成式智能体等颠覆性场景的落地。

核心职责： 1、攻克高维交互架构：突破传统线性问答，研发支持多线程、非线性交互的底层算法架构，并在复杂推理下实现极低延迟的人类级自然响应； 2、探索交互式强化学习（Interactive RL）：解决以人类为环境设定下的关键难题（如模型扮演人类时的User Hacking），并对长程对话的中间状态进行过程建模（Process Modeling）； 3、提升深度指令遵循（Deep Instruction Following）：确保大模型在开放域对话中严格恪守复杂人设与剧本，并能在强约束条件下进行高逻辑性的即兴创造； 4、构建评估与持续学习体系：研发模型在真实交互中的持续进化范式；建立科学指标，攻克“共情能力”、“说服力”等高维主观特质难以自动化评估的行业痛点。

我们寻找对AGI有原生热情、工程基础扎实且具备顶级技术能力的实战派伙伴。 1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业； 2、对Human-AI Interaction的前沿趋势有深刻洞察，具有好奇心与快速学习能力；拥有扎实的数学功底和机器学习理论基础； 3、卓越的工程落地能力，代码功底扎实，具备系统级思考与架构级问题解决能力； 4、坦诚清晰的沟通表达，能高效推进跨团队、跨职能的技术协作。

加分项（Preferred）： 1、具备超大规模LLM的训练、RL的硬核实战经验； 2、在Interactive RL，Multi-Agent Systems，或模型对齐（Alignment）领域有深入研究（在NeurIPS，ICLR，ACL，CHI等顶会有相关一作论文者优先）； 3、在博弈论（Game Theory）或机制设计（Mechanism Design）领域有系统性的学术积累； 4、有交互智能或生成式智能体（Generative Agents）方向的成功落地项目经历。
