团队介绍：字节跳动 Seed 团队成立于 2023 年，致力于寻找通用智能的新方法，追求智能上限，为科技和社会发展作出贡献。 Seed 团队在 AI 领域拥有长期愿景与决心，团队研究方向涵盖 MLLM、GenMedia、AI for Science、机器人等，在中国、新加坡、美国等地设有实验室和岗位。目前，团队已推出业界领先的通用大模型以及前沿的多模态能力，支持豆包、即梦、TRAE 等超过 50 个应用场景，并通过火山引擎开放给企业客户。第三方数据显示，豆包 App 用户量在中国市场排名第一，豆包大模型日均 Token 调用量行业领先。

1、参与研发多模态大模型等下一代人工智能核心技术，挑战最具颠覆性的AI前沿工作，参与构建全球领先的Seed音频多模态基座大模型，探索下一代AI； 2、关注和推进技术在业务场景中的广泛应用，包括但不限于语言、音乐、语音、音频的生成与理解等； 3、深入调研和关注音频/多模态生成等方向的前沿技术。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、自动化、数学相关专业优先； 2、怀有科技改变世界的远大抱负，有志于投身机器学习、人工智能、大模型、多模态理解和生成等技术领域； 3、有自然语言处理、语音合成与识别、音乐生成等研究或者技术背景优先；在ACL/EMNLP/NAACL/NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/Icassp/Interspeech等顶级会议上发表论文者优先； 4、优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟练C/C++或Python，ACM/ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等比赛获奖者优先； 5、在大模型领域或者RL领域，主导过大影响力的项目或论文者优先。
