团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 安全研发团队，负责豆包、飞书、豆包工作等产品的整体安全建设、风险治理及基础能力输出，是业务与 AI 生产力平台的安全底座。团队覆盖身份与访问管理、数据安全与合规、信任与安全、安全算法、终端安全等方向，以零信任架构构建企业级安全产品能力，全面深耕 AI Agent 安全体系。你将面对多租户权限、跨境数据合规、AI 工具调用风险管控、安全智能运营等业务和技术挑战，与团队一起筑牢安全防线。

1、负责飞书客户端安全能力建设，包括但不限于身份认证、零信任、终端安全、数据安全、终端合规； 2、负责高质量的设计和编码，参与产品需求的讨论、评审和功能实现，对质量负责； 3、持续不断的改进用户体验，负责相关新技术新架构的实现。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机、网络和软件开发相关基础，熟悉或掌握至少一门软件开发语言，例如C++、C、Java、Kotlin、Swift、Objective-C等； 3、熟悉AI编程工具（Cursor/Claude Code），并在真实项目开发中有提效； 4、具备良好的编程习惯，编码思路清晰，对技术有好奇心； 5、具有较强的学习能力和动手能力，良好的沟通能力和优秀的团队协作能力。
