1、负责音视频多模态场景下高性能推理计算平台开发，支撑各业务场景下的推理、性能优化需求并推动业务落地； 2、负责推理高性能方案建设，跟进前沿技术，补足关键能力，构建领先的高性能推理平台。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机及相关专业优先； 2、精通C++，有良好的数据结构和算法基础，有高性能优化相关工作经验；熟悉主流的并行编程以及性能优化技术，熟悉CUDA和TensorCore编程，有相关高性能优化经验优先； 3、熟悉TVM/MLIR/XLA等自动化编译技术，深度学习常用算法和模型结构，有CV/NLP/语言场景模型优化经验优先，了解FasterTransformer模型推理优化框架优化，有量化/稀疏化高性能优化经验优先； 4、了解PyTorch/TensorFlow/Paddle深度学习框架优先。
