团队介绍：字节跳动 Seed 团队成立于 2023 年，致力于寻找通用智能的新方法，追求智能上限，为科技和社会发展作出贡献。 Seed 团队在 AI 领域拥有长期愿景与决心，团队研究方向涵盖 MLLM、GenMedia、AI for Science、机器人等，在中国、新加坡、美国等地设有实验室和岗位。目前，团队已推出业界领先的通用大模型以及前沿的多模态能力，支持豆包、即梦、TRAE 等超过 50 个应用场景，并通过火山引擎开放给企业客户。第三方数据显示，豆包 App 用户量在中国市场排名第一，豆包大模型日均 Token 调用量行业领先。

1、构建Seed视觉基础模型，包括图像、视频，以及相关的编辑和多模态能力（e.g.Seedream/Seedance）； 2、研究和探索AIGC基础模型相关的核心创新技术，e.g.模型构架设计，高效Scaling，RLHF等关键技术； 3、向字节跳动内部产品提供基础模型，及相关应用的支持。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、数学等相关专业优先； 2、在计算机视觉一个或多个领域的研究和实践经验，包括但不限于以下方向： 1）多模态生成和理解：如图像/视频生成和编辑，以及其他相关的多模态经验； 2）扩散模型相关的经验，理论或者实践； 3）大规模模型训练经验、AIGC，LLM和RLHF等领域； 3、动手能力强，优秀的算法和编程能力，熟悉C/C++和Python编程等； 4、工作积极主动，能与团队融洽合作相处，同时能够独立完成研究和创新工作； 5、具有行业影响力工作（e.g.高质量论文），行业第一梯队基模研发经历，或者顶尖竞赛经历的优先（e.g.ACM）。
