团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款现象级AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、负责飞书基础中间件平台开发和维护，包括网关、全球数据合规、跨地区数据同步、元数据管理、分布式任务、配置分发、平台底层AI能力等； 2、参与核心服务的架构设计和稳定性建设，优化系统的性能和可维护性，保障服务长期稳定运行； 3、负责高质量的系统设计与编码，通过工具和工程体系建设提升团队研发效率，团队主要使用Golang； 4、拥抱AI Coding等新技术，探索AI在需求理解、方案设计、编码、测试和排障等研发环节中的落地，持续提升工程效率与交付质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程及相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，具备良好的编码能力、算法基础、逻辑思维能力，以及一定的抽象设计和工程设计能力； 3、熟练掌握至少一种主流服务端编程语言及相关技术生态，如C/C++、Java、Golang等； 4、具备良好的业务理解和沟通协作，有责任心和自驱力，能够持续学习和自我提升； 5、有Al Coding实践经验、活跃的技术社区经历或GitHub开源项目经验者优先。
