团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 团队深耕大模型技术在场景中的创新应用，负责多款AI产品的工程研发 —— 包括豆包、飞书、豆包工作、豆包爱学、Gauth、猫箱等创新产品，覆盖消费级与企业级多个场景。我们致力于将大模型能力从 "生成内容" 推进到 "完成工作"，让 AI 服务用户日常与企业协作。你将面对多模态交互、工具调用可靠性、企业级数据安全等真实工程挑战，与团队一起推动 AI 生产力落地。

1、参与飞书企业智能相关算法研发，面向文档、IM通讯、会议等企业多源异构数据，开展知识理解、组织、检索与应用； 2、参与大模型上下文与记忆系统建设，研究如何基于用户、项目和组织的历史信息，为智能体提供准确、完整的上下文； 3、围绕大语言模型、RAG、知识图谱、Agent、Memory等方向，开展模型及算法优化，提升大模型在企业知识问答、内容创作、数字分身等场景中的效果； 4、参与算法能力的全链路建设，包括数据构建与清洗、模型训练与微调、检索与生成策略设计、离线评测、在线实验及用户反馈闭环； 5、跟进大模型与智能体领域的前沿进展，探索相关技术在真实企业办公场景中的落地与产品化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数学等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的学习能力、问题分析能力和团队协作精神，能够将开放性问题转化为可实现、可评测的技术方案； 3、对大语言模型、智能体、企业知识管理、信息检索、知识图谱或个性化系统等方向感兴趣； 4、参与过自然语言处理、大模型训练或微调、RAG、搜索推荐、知识图谱、Agent等相关项目者优先； 5、具备数据构建、模型评测、用户行为分析或真实业务问题解决经验者优先； 6、在相关领域发表过论文，参加过高水平竞赛，或具有开源项目贡献和实际项目开发经验者优先。
