团队介绍：字节跳动 Seed 团队成立于 2023 年，致力于寻找通用智能的新方法，追求智能上限，为科技和社会发展作出贡献。 Seed 团队在 AI 领域拥有长期愿景与决心，团队研究方向涵盖 MLLM、GenMedia、AI for Science、机器人等，在中国、新加坡、美国等地设有实验室和岗位。目前，团队已推出业界领先的通用大模型以及前沿的多模态能力，支持豆包、即梦、TRAE 等超过 50 个应用场景，并通过火山引擎开放给企业客户。第三方数据显示，豆包 App 用户量在中国市场排名第一，豆包大模型日均 Token 调用量行业领先。

1、独立完成人形/多自由度臂的整机嵌入式硬件全栈开发，覆盖原理图设计、PCB Layout、功率硬件、传感器硬件、总线硬件集成、通讯系统设计，以及嵌入式软件调试，完成从方案设计到量产落地的完整链路闭环； 2、负责人形/多自由度臂的整机结构设计，完成设计需求拆解、设计指标制定、3D建模、有限元仿真优化、生产工艺把控等工作，了解不同结构设计方案、生产工艺的优劣势，掌握常见关节驱动模组调试方法，完成从方案设计到量产落地的完整链路闭环； 3、负责人形/多自由度臂的运控算法设计，熟悉PID、阻抗/导纳控制、柔顺控制、机器人/机械臂动力学参数辨识/摩擦力辨识、机器人正/逆运动学、WBC等算法，了解FOC控制原理，完成人形/多自由度臂的整体控制方案设计和运动控制算法调试，保证控制精度和鲁棒性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、通信、自动化、机械等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉C/C++/Python编程语言； 3、具备较强的科研和探索能力；在Science Robotics/TRO/IJRR/ICRA/IROS等期刊/会议以除导师外的第一作者身份发表论文者优先； 4、具备良好的沟通能力和思维逻辑，善于合作，责任心强，认真好学，学习能力强，有激情，有耐心。
