我们正在寻找对机器人和AI充满热情的你，加入机器人数据平台团队！在这里，你将参与构建驱动下一代机器人大模型持续进化的数据闭环体系，和算法、系统、产品多方协作，从0到1打造机器人领域专属的数据基础设施。 你将获得以下成长机会： 1、参与搭建机器人领域大模型数据处理平台，覆盖采集、清洗、标注、训练到评估的全流程数据闭环； 2、参与设计与实现高吞吐、可扩展的时序多模态数据处理引擎，服务图像、视频、语音、动作等多模态数据； 3、基于大模型能力，挖掘高价值数据，提升数据质量，亲身见证数据驱动下机器人能力的每一次进化。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子等相关专业； 2、对机器人系统、人工智能、数据平台等方向有浓厚兴趣，渴望深入理解机器人"大脑"的构建逻辑； 3、熟悉Python或Golang至少一种编程语言，具备良好的编程基础和代码规范意识； 4、了解图像/视频/多模态数据处理的基本概念，有相关课程项目或实践经验者优先； 5、学习能力强，乐于探索新技术，具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队精神。

加分项 1、有自动标注、数据质检、数据多样性分析或评测集构建相关项目经验； 2、熟悉分布式计算或大数据处理框架（如Spark、Ray、Daft等）或AI数据湖； 3、有海量数据处理平台、数据调度系统、数据流/批一体框架使用或开发经验； 4、参与过机器人系统、仿真环境或大模型训练相关项目、竞赛或科研课题； 5、有VLM/VLA相关研究或实践经验； 6、在顶会/期刊发表过相关论文，或有相关专利申请经历。
