日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与机器人业务应用与研发工具链建设，围绕机器人评测验证、任务执行、远程操控、调试运维等核心场景，开发支撑机器人研发、测试与业务落地的系统和工具； 2、参与机器人数据闭环相关能力建设，协助完善数据采集、数据处理、数据回传等关键链路，支持模型迭代、效果验证与产品体验优化； 3、参与工程化建设，逐步熟悉复杂系统从需求分析、方案设计到上线交付的完整流程，提升工程实现、协同推进与持续迭代能力。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程或相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等基础知识； 3、具备良好的编程能力，至少熟悉一门主流编程语言，具备基本的问题分析、定位和调试能力； 4、学习能力强，对新技术、新领域有兴趣，能够较快理解业务背景并完成工程实现； 5、具备良好的责任心、沟通能力和协作意识，能够按计划推进任务并保证交付质量； 6、每周可实习5天，可持续实习3个月及以上。

加分项 1、AI Coding工具熟练使用，拥抱AI Coding，熟练用AI工具进行问题排查、测试补全和文档整理； 2、对机器人、自动驾驶、IoT、数据采集、可视化或工程工具方向感兴趣； 3、有个人项目、课程设计、竞赛、科研或开源项目经验； 4、有跨端开发、3D可视化、移动端或工程工具相关实践经验； 5、有较强的工程意识，对代码质量、协作效率和持续迭代有自己的理解。
