日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动机器学习平台的开发，支撑公司相关业务的算法生产与高效迭代； 2、设计和实现机器学习相关的基础设施/算法框架/工具链等，并推动落地到业务中； 3、参与Quota和核心调度系统设计，持续提升平台能力、降低算法使用成本。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能专业优先； 2、具备良好扎实的算法基础、良好的编程风格和系统设计能力； 3、深入理解Kubernetes、Mesos、Yarn等一个或多个系统的调度实现； 4、熟练使用Java/C++/Go等编程语言之一或多个； 5、具有良好的沟通、团队协作能力。

加分项： 1、相关领域有开源社区经历者优先。
