1、高质量数据的获取与合成：负责多模态数据的端到端建设，把“数据”做到极致——包括高价值数据源挖掘、大规模数据清洗与去噪、难例与长尾挖掘、高质量合成数据生产、数据配比与课程设计、数据质量评估体系搭建，让数据成为模型效果持续突破的核心驱动力； 2、高精度Reward设计：负责多模态场景下的Reward Model、Verifier、Judge等奖励体系设计与优化，支撑RLHF、RLVR等训练链路，持续提升Reward信号的精度与泛化性； 3、超大规模真实数据与用户反馈的使用：负责从豆包APP亿级用户产品中沉淀真实数据与反馈信号，设计隐式、显式反馈的建模方案，建设负面案例闭环与数据回流机制，将真实用户信号高效转化为模型能力提升； 4、真实场景下的评估体系设计：负责构建贴近真实业务的多模态评测体系，包括评测集设计、自动评估与人工评估流程、在线A/B与离线指标对齐、长尾与难例评估方法，保障模型效果可量化、可追踪、可迭代； 5、多模态理解、解题与Agent能力建设：推动图像理解问答、教育解题、工具调用、多模态Agent等方向的算法落地，与产品、工程、教研团队紧密协作，实现豆包APP的稳定上线与持续优化。

1、本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、自动化、数学等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的数据结构与算法基础，熟练掌握Python和PyTorch，具备良好的工程实现与调优能力； 3、具备较强的数据处理与分析能力，熟悉数据清洗、数据合成、标注体系设计、数据质量评估，具备独立搭建端到端数据Pipeline的经验，能够把数据相关工作做到业内一流水平； 4、具备扎实的机器学习、深度学习基础，能够独立完成模型训练、调参、评测与问题定位； 5、具备良好的英文读写能力与数学基础，能够快速跟进并复现前沿论文； 6、责任心强，具备良好的负责人意识、沟通与跨团队协作能力，欢迎加入，看重扎实的算法基础、优秀的数据意识与对真实业务的理解，不强求大模型经验。
