日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责具身机器人数据采集项目的全过程管理，包括交付指标梳理、任务设定、场景搭建及执行跟进，对项目交付结果负责； 2、深入理解业务需求，针对机器人数据采集场景评估项目需求，制定可落地的采集方案及排期计划，确保数据采集任务高效推进； 3、搭建并优化数据采集场景，根据算法模型迭代需要，设计多样化的采集任务与场景，持续提升数据质量与覆盖度； 4、监控关键数据指标，跟踪采集进度与交付质量，及时发现并解决项目执行中的问题，平衡进度、质量与成本，有效管控项目风险； 5、推动数据链路与工具链优化，收集并整理数据全生命周期中的需求，协同产品、技术团队迭代采集工具与流程，提升运营效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、软件工程、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机操作与调试基础，至少熟练掌握一种主流编程语言，能通过代码辅助完成数据采集脚本编写、工具调试或自动化任务； 3、逻辑清晰，沟通能力强，能够准确理解需求并高效传达信息，具备良好的文档撰写能力； 4、自驱力强，对具身智能与机器人数据采集有浓厚兴趣，有相关实习或项目经验者优先；有大模型、具身智能或机器人相关企业/实验室的实习经历，或者有数据全链路相关实习或项目经验（CV/机器人/多模态数据尤佳）；有可展示的个人项目（GitHub/技术博客/竞赛作品/课程项目等）；参与过数据采集或产品解决方案落地； 5、具备团队协作意识，责任心强，能适应创业团队氛围； 6、英语读写能力良好，能阅读技术文档并进行基础沟通。
