日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责字节跳动机器学习平台的开发，支撑公司相关业务的算法生产与高效迭代； 2、设计和实现机器学习相关的基础设施、框架、工具链等，并推动落地到业务中； 3、探索业界前沿的机器学习相关技术，持续提升平台能力、降低算法使用成本； 4、负责建设支撑Agent稳定工作的工程运行与验证体系（Engineering Harness），包括任务定义、执行环境、过程验证、结果校验、规范约束与观测回放等能力，提升Agent在研发场景中的可用性、可靠性与迭代效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、对语言大模型、多模态大模型、智能代理Agent技术以及大模型的部署流程有基本的了解和认识，熟悉服务端基础技术，包括但不限于HDFS、Ray、消息队列等，能够高效地进行后端服务的开发与维护，了解并能够使用常见的深度学习框架如PyTorch以及vLLM等，进行模型的推理和部署； 3、具备熟练的Python/Go语言编程能力和良好的编程习惯和代码管理能力； 4、参与开发和优化大模型的自动评估技术，以提升模型的易用性和性能表现； 5、具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与业务团队有效沟通，理解业务需求，并将其转化为技术实现； 6、熟悉Coding Agent在代码生成、调试、测试、重构等研发场景中的实际使用方式，并理解Engineering Harness的核心系统设计，能够围绕验证机制、执行约束、规范治理与反馈闭环搭建支持Agent稳定工作的工程体系。
