日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责直流无刷电机驱动器控制策略实现和算法开发； 2、负责驱动器性能及功能模块的代码编写、调试； 3、优化驱动器控制性能； 4、针对高性能电机驱动类产品（如PMSM矢量控制、三相BLDC驱动控制等）的底层驱动算法开发与技术实现； 5、电机控制算法预研、开发、算法程序架构设计、技术实现与验证、驱动算法问题分析等； 6、设计电机控制仿真系统。

1、硕士及以上学位在读，自动化、电力电子、控制理论与控制工程、电气工程、自动控制等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉各种电机工作原理和理论，如直流无刷电机（BLDC或PMSM或异步电机）的运行原理、驱动实现、算法架构和原理等； 3、熟练掌握电机驱动架构算法及模式，如SVPWM、方波或FOC电机驱动控制； 4、熟悉一种或多种位置观测器工作原理优先，如滑膜观测器、PLL自适应观测器、磁链观测器、龙伯格观测器等； 5、精通常见单片机架构和原理、可独立使用单片机开发常规功能、熟练使用单片机实现常规电机驱动，对电机驱动调试有一定认识和了解； 6、熟悉Simulink/MATLAB仿真，有较强的数学理论基础；有一定的硬件基础知识，能够使用实验室常用测试仪器进行查找和分析问题；RoboMaster、飞思卡尔智能车、大学生方程式、Robocon等比赛获奖经历者优先考虑。
