日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、为芯片存算功能开发底层软件并进行验证和持续优化； 2、针对芯片的计算特点，进行算法-芯片协同设计优化，实现优于GPU的性价比； 3、针对存算芯片、AI芯片等专用芯片进行大模型的分离部署的方案分析，提出业界领先方案。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、集成电路等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉量化、稀疏算法，了解GPTQ、Quest、KiVi等量化稀疏方案； 3、熟悉芯片计算架构，如TPU架构、GPU架构等架构，可进行理论分析和性能评估； 4、熟悉DRAM、HBM的存储原理，了解存算的计算范式； 5、熟悉C/C++、Python语言。

加分项： 1、有FPGA开发经验或者芯片SDK开发和部署经验； 2、有NPU/APU算子开发经验； 3、有DRAM/HBM存储/Process-In-Memory/Computing-In-Memory等研究经验。
