团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 桌面OS是字节跳动桌面端技术团队，支撑豆包、飞书、Trae IDE、剪映等业务。团队覆盖从浏览器内核、工程基建、操作系统底层到 AI Agent 执行层的完整技术栈。真正有杠杆的工程价值就在这里：一次内核升级服务数亿用户，一个沙盒方案定义 AI Agent 的安全边界，一套基础设施让所有业务共同受益。如果你对“难而正确”的技术有热情，这里有足够复杂的真实场景，完整的技术闭环，以及足够大的技术影响力。

1、负责字节跳动AI Agent执行基础设施建设，面向飞书、豆包、TRAE、AnyGen等，打造安全、稳定、高效的Agent通用底座； 2、负责桌面端AI Agent安全管控能力设计与演进，建设进程、文件、网络管控、策略引擎与审计溯源能力，让Agent可控、可信、可追踪； 3、负责PC客户端跨平台运行体系建设，提升Windows/macOS/Linux等平台的性能、稳定性与扩展性，支撑集团级AI产品落地； 4、探索AI在客户端基础设施中的工程化落地，建设Agent Runtime、Computer Use、远程控制、智能诊断等能力，定义下一代智能客户端架构。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，对桌面端产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：C、C++、Objective-C、Swift、Python； 4、关注用户体验，能够积极把技术转化到用户体验改进上； 5、对新技术保持热情，具备良好的分析、解决问题的能力； 6、熟练使用IDA、WINDBG、GDB等进行逆向分析调试，熟悉Windows/macOS/Linux操作系统底层原理，有内核驱动开发经验。
